The slag powder concrete material is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 10-20 parts of cement, 5-10 parts of modified slag powder, 0.2-0.5 part of early strength additive, 5-10 parts of water and 30-40 parts of aggregate. According to the slag powder concrete material disclosed by the invention, the modified slag powder is adopted to replace about 35% of the total amount of a cementing material (cement) in a traditional prefabricated part concrete formula, so that carbon emission can be greatly reduced; in the raw materials, the main raw material of the slag powder concrete is industrial waste, the economic benefit is good, environmental pollution can be reduced, and the tension degree of cement is reduced.
