The invention discloses a roller compacted concrete damming gallery-crossing rapid construction structure which comprises a steel trestle, concrete precast blocks A and concrete precast blocks B. The concrete precast blocks A are placed on the two sides of a gallery, protruding blocks are arranged at the two ends of the sides, close to the gallery, of the concrete precast blocks A, and the side faces of the protruding blocks are tightly attached to the outer wall of the gallery. The concrete precast blocks B are placed on sides of the out-bin concrete precast blocks A. The steel trestle is placed on the upper portions of the concrete precast blocks A and the upper portions of the concrete precast blocks B. The steel trestle stretches across the gallery from one side of the gallery to the other side of the gallery.
