As the PHC tubular pile is continuously immersed into the protective material, the holding and wrapping effect of the protective material on the PHC tubular pile is also continuously enhanced, the PHC tubular pile can be prevented from deviating in the horizontal direction under the holding and wrapping effect of the protective material, the PHC tubular pile can only gradually sink in the protective material in the vertical direction under the self-weight effect of the PHC tubular pile, and therefore the pile planting effect of the PHC tubular pile can be guaranteed.
