The invention discloses a tubular pile construction measuring method which comprises the steps that a hoop clamp device is manufactured according to the sectional dimension of a tubular pile, and the hoop clamp device comprises a tubular pile hoop, a round angle gauge, a T-shaped sliding block and a measuring instrument clamp; the circular angle gauge is fixed to the top of the tubular pile hoop, a plurality of T-shaped sliding grooves are formed in the side wall of the tubular pile hoop at intervals in the vertical direction, each T-shaped sliding groove is annularly formed along the outer circumference of the tubular pile hoop, a T-shaped sliding block is slidably connected into each T-shaped sliding groove, and a measuring instrument clamp is fixed to the outer side of each T-shaped sliding block. The hoop clamp device is fixed on the pipe pile which is accepted and accepted to be qualified; a measuring instrument is installed on the measuring instrument clamp, the measuring instrument is used for pipe pile construction measurement, the hoop clamp device is simple in structure, convenient to machine and manufacture and low in manufacturing cost, the pile distance, the row pile straightness and the diagonal line can be simply, conveniently and rapidly measured, and therefore the construction precision can be guaranteed.
