The invention discloses a road fire hydrant emergency anti-collision device. The device comprises a main body; a cylindrical recycling cavity with an upward opening is formed in the main body; an annular cleaning cavity is formed in the end wall of the inner side of the recycling cavity in a communicating mode; a water suction device is arranged in the cleaning cavity; a cleaning rotary drum cavity is formed in the right side of the cleaning cavity in a communicating mode; blocking cavities with upward openings are symmetrically formed in the left and right sides of the recycling cavity; and emergency cavities are arranged in the blocking cavities. According to the road fire hydrant emergency anti-collision device, a fire hydrant can be put into the ground, so that the contact time of the fire hydrant and air is shortened, the corrosion degree of the fire hydrant is reduced; meanwhile, when the fire hydrant is normally used, a safety device can be arranged beside the fire hydrant, so that when a vehicle collides with the safety device, the fire hydrant can be retracted underground at the first time, so that the fire hydrant is prevented from being damaged; and meanwhile, foreign matter stacked on an opening of the fire hydrant can be removed, so that the normal use of the fire hydrant is guaranteed.
