The invention discloses a fabricated reinforced concrete beam-column joint. The fabricated reinforced concrete beam-column joint comprises vertical longitudinal bars, transverse longitudinal bars and at least two adjacent beam unit connecting ends, wherein the vertical longitudinal bars can pass through mounting holes of a vertical connecting device and are connected with a vertical joint connecting plate, so that the top surface or the bottom surface of the fabricated reinforced concrete joint is matched with the vertical joint connecting plate; and the transverse longitudinal bars can pass through mounting holes of a transverse connecting device and are connected with a transverse joint connecting plate, so that the beam unit connecting ends are matched with the transverse joint connecting plate.
