A plurality of bridging pieces are arranged on the outer side face of the vertical steel sleeve, the bridging pieces are connected with longitudinal bars of the cross beam, stiffening ribs are arranged on the upper surface or the lower surface of each bridging piece, and the stiffening ribs are connected between the vertical steel sleeve and the bridging pieces in a welded mode.
