The method comprises the following steps that a total station is used for paying off and positioning a jig frame; a ring cable and a radial cable jig frame are installed; an upper ring cable and a radial cable are unfolded on the jig frame; an upper ring cable clamp and a radial cable clamp are installed; an upper radial cable fixing end anchor head is anchored with the upper ring cable clamp corresponding to the axis according to the axis, the upper radial cable is divided into a plurality of lifting subareas according to symmetrical distribution, and the upper radial cable is lifted clockwise and circularly; a lower radial cable fixing end anchor head is anchored with the lower ring cable clamp corresponding to the axis according to the axis, and the lower radial cable is divided into a plurality of tensioning subareas according to symmetrical distribution; the lower radial cable is tensioned clockwise and circularly; the lower ring cable clamp is anchored with a mast; the lower radial cable is tensioned clockwise circularly and synchronously, and the lower radial cable clamp is anchored with the mast at a proper position; and clockwise circulating synchronous tensioning is conducted in multiple stages, and after all tensioning point positions of each stage are located at the same position, tensioning of the next stage is conducted till anchoring of the lower radial cable and a ring beam structure lug plate is completed.
