The invention discloses non-shrinking polyurethane mortar and a preparation method thereof. The non-shrinking polyurethane mortar is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of polyester polyol, 10-20 parts of a curing agent, 60-80 parts of fillers and 1-5 parts of an auxiliary agent. The polyurethane mortar provided by the invention is obtained by a reaction of specific polyester polyol with isocyanate, so the polyurethane mortar obtained by the reaction is high in crosslinking density and not easy to shrink after being cured; and in addition, different fillers are compounded for use, so the polyurethane mortar has excellent wear resistance and impact resistance. Under the interaction of the raw material components, the obtained polyurethane mortar overcomes the defects of large dry shrinkage deformation, poor impermeability, crack resistance, corrosion resistance and the like caused by a low tension-compression ratio; and thus, the polyurethane mortar has the characteristics of low shrinkage, wear resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, high strength, high impact strength, good toughness, convenience in construction and the like.
本发明公开了一种不收缩聚氨酯砂浆及其制备方法,按重量份计,制备原料包括聚酯多元醇10~20份、固化剂10~20份,填料60~80份,助剂1~5份。本发明中的聚氨酯砂浆由特定的聚酯多元醇和异氰酸酯反应得到,使反应得到的聚氨酯砂浆交联密度大,固化后不易发生收缩;另外,不同填料的复配使用,使得该聚氨酯砂浆具有优异的耐磨性能和抗冲击性能。在本发明中各原料组分的相互作用使得到的聚氨酯砂浆克服了因拉压比低,导致干缩变形大,抗渗性、抗裂性、耐腐蚀性差等缺点,因此,聚氨酯砂浆具有低收缩、耐磨、耐化学腐蚀、强度高、抗冲击强度大、韧性好和施工方便性等特点。
