In the upward movement process of the rollers, upward thrust is exerted on the movable plate, the face, making contact with the rollers, of the movable plate is an inclined face, so that the movable plate moves rightwards, then the connecting block is driven to move rightwards, and thus the grinding mechanism grinds the middle portion close to a rail; therefore, the effect of automatically removing rust on the rail in all directions is achieved.
