Cooling water supply equipment and using method thereof
The invention discloses metallurgical slag cooling water supply equipment for slow cooling of metallurgical slag. The equipment comprises a water tank, a water supply pipeline and an automatic control system for controlling the water supply pipeline; a water supply facility comprises a pneumatic control valve centralized mounting area and a slag ladle placing area; the pneumatic control valve centralized mounting area and the slag ladle placing area are separately arranged; and a main pipeline is mounted in the pneumatic control valve centralized mounting area. The pneumatic control valve centralized mounting area is arranged on one side of the slag ladle placing area, so that the mounting position of a pneumatic control valve is far away from a slag ladle. Compared with a spray cooling water supply method commonly adopted in China at present, firstly, the difficulty that the safety risk faced by pneumatic control valve maintenance personnel is high is thoroughly solved; secondly, the working condition of the pneumatic control valve is greatly improved, and the service life of the pneumatic valve is prolonged by more than one time; and electrical control cables and copper air pipes of the whole equipment are mounted in a centralized mode, the use amount is reduced, overhauling and troubleshooting are convenient, the overhauling amount is further reduced, and the working reliability is improved.
本发明公开了一种冶金炉渣缓冷冷却水给水设备,包括水罐、给水管道和用于控制给水管道的自动控制系统:所述的给水设施包括气动控制阀集中安装区和渣包放置区;所述的气动控制阀集中安装区与渣包放置区分离布置;所述的气动控制阀集中安装区安装有主管道;本发明通过将气动控制阀集中安装区布置在渣包放置区一侧,使得气动控制阀的安装位置远离渣包,与当前国内普遍采用的喷淋冷却给水方法相比,一是彻底解决了气动控制阀维保人员面临的安全风险高的难题;二是极大的改善了气动控制阀的工况,气动阀的使用寿命延长一倍以上;三是整个设备的电气控制线缆和铜气管集中安装,用量减少,检修排查方便,进一步降低了检修量,提升了工作可靠性。
