The invention discloses an assembly type inner cavity special-shaped formwork structure and a mounting and dismounting method. The inner cavity formwork structure is composed of a rigid formwork, a connecting buckle plate, and external positioning blocking clamps. The sectional area of the rigid formwork is gradually changed along the length direction; every two adjacent formworks are assembled into a whole through the connecting buckle plate to form a special-shaped closed structure; all the formworks are connected through lap joint type inner bolts; the outer side of the formwork is wrapped with an isolation material; and the external positioning blocking clamps are distributed at the outer side of the formwork, are arranged along the periphery and are used for positioning an inner formwork. During installation, a small-section end is inserted into a reinforcement cage; and during formwork removal, axial pressure is applied from the small-section end, so that the inner cavity formwork is separated from a concrete member, and then the inner cavity formwork is pulled out. The formwork is quick to mount and demount and can be repeatedly used.
