The invention belongs to the technical field of constructional engineering equipment, and particularly relates to a prestress generating device for a building board. The problems that an existing board prestress tensioning device is large in size, incapable of moving and inconvenient to use are solved. According to the following scheme, the prestress generating device comprises fixing bodies fixed at two ends of the board, fixing blocks are welded to the top end and the bottom end of the fixing bodies correspondingly, rotating rods are rotatably connected to the middles of the fixing blocks, rotating wheels are arranged at the top end and the bottom end of the board correspondingly, and third fixing rods are welded to one sides of the rotating wheels. By rotating a threaded rod, a first moving plate is far away from the board, the rotating rods rotate to press a third fixing rod, and the rotating wheels clamp the board; and meanwhile, a second moving plate drives the rotating wheels to rotate through a rack and a gear, the distance between the rotating wheels is reduced, the board is further clamped, a rotating shaft drives a first fixing rod and a second fixing rod to get close to each other, the rotating wheels get away from each other, the rotating wheels stretch the clamped board, and the strength of the board is improved.
本发明属于建筑工程设备技术领域,尤其是一种建筑板材用预应力发生装置,针对现有的板材预应力张拉装置体积较大,无法移动,使用时较为不便的问题,现提出以下方案,包括固定在板材两端的固定体,所述固定体的顶端和底端均焊接有固定块,固定块的中部转动连接有转动杆,所述板材的顶端和底端均设有旋转轮,旋转轮的一侧焊接有第三固定杆。本发明通过旋转螺纹杆,使第一移动板远离板材,并使转动杆旋转,按压第三固定杆,使旋转轮板材夹紧,同时第二移动板通过齿条和齿轮带动旋转轮旋转,旋转轮之间的距离减小,将板材进一步夹紧,转动轴带动第一固定杆和第二固定杆相互靠近,旋转轮相互远离,旋转轮使夹紧的板材拉伸,增加板材的强度。
