The invention discloses an electric bicycle conveying device capable of managing parking. The electric bicycle conveying device comprises a box body, wherein a placement cavity is formed in the box body; openings of the placement cavity face upwards and leftwards; a ground is arranged at the right side of the box body; a conveying mechanism is arranged at the upper side of the ground and in the placement cavity; the conveying mechanism comprises an electric parallel guide rail which is fixedly arranged on an upper end face of the ground; a first distance sensor is fixedly arranged at the left side of the electric parallel guide rail; and an inclined block is fixedly arranged at the right side of the electric parallel guide rail. According to the device disclosed by the invention, an electric bicycle can be conveyed to an underground parking lot from top to bottom under the condition that the electric bicycle is not driven; an electric sliding block moves horizontally and a standby clamping device is supplemented in time, so that the problem that the electric bicycle is parked disorderly is improved; the time occupied by manual parking can be released to the greatest extent and unsafe factors are avoided to a certain extent; and the device is simple in structure and high in automation degree and is worthy of being greatly popularized and produced and being put into use.
