Anti-aging asphalt concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of concrete, and particularly discloses aging-resistant asphalt concrete and a preparation method thereof. The aging-resistant asphalt concrete mainly comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 70-80 parts of gravels, 20-30 parts of stone chips, 5-8 parts of mineral powder, 1-3 parts of cement and 10-15 parts of modified asphalt. The preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, weighing the gravels, the stone chips and the montmorillonite according to the mass, and stirring and drying in a drying barrel to obtain a dried mixture; 2, putting the dried mixture into a mixing cylinder, heating the modified asphalt, adding the modified asphalt into the mixing cylinder, and stirring to obtain an asphalt mixture; 3, putting cement, triterpenoid saponin and sodium lignin sulfonate into the mixing cylinder to be stirred; and 4, adding mineral powder into the mixing cylinder, and uniformly mixing to obtain the aging-resistant asphalt concrete. The aging-resistant asphalt concrete disclosed by the invention can be used for paving a pavement and has excellent aging-resistant performance.
