The invention provides a spring damping deceleration strip which comprises a deceleration strip support, a supporting rod, a piston, a spring, a hydraulic cylinder and a deceleration strip cylinder body, the piston is installed at the lower end of the deceleration strip support through the supporting rod and located in the hydraulic cylinder, the deceleration strip support is located above the hydraulic cylinder, the deceleration strip cylinder body is of a barrel-shaped structure, and the hydraulic cylinder is installed in the deceleration strip cylinder body. A spring is arranged between the hydraulic cylinder and the deceleration strip cylinder, the lower end of the spring is fixedly connected to the bottom of the deceleration strip cylinder, the upper end of the spring is fixedly connected to the lower end of the deceleration strip support, and media are evenly distributed on the periphery of the piston and inside the hydraulic cylinder.
