The invention relates to the field of engineering machinery, and discloses a pin shaft installation structure, a scarifier and a bulldozer. The pin shaft installation structure comprises a pin shaft (10) and a first part and a second part which are used for being connected through the pin shaft, wherein the first part and the second part are provided with a first installation hole (31) and a second installation hole (41) which correspond to each other separately; and the hole wall of the first installation hole is provided with a first conical surface portion which is gradually expanded in a direction away from the second installation hole. The pin shaft installation structure further comprises a conical sleeve (20) which is assembled between the pin shaft and the first conical surface portion, wherein the conical sleeve is provided with a second conical surface portion (21) with an outer surface capable of being matched with the first conical surface portion. The hole diameter of the tail end of the first installation hole is enlarged through the first conical surface portion, the first installation hole and the second installation hole can be conveniently aligned and located, the pin shaft can be smoothly inserted, and the pin shaft, the first installation hole and the second installation hole can be accurately adjusted to an axial centering position by arranging the conical sleeve.
