The invention discloses an autonomous operation device of a bulldozer scarifier, and a bulldozer including the autonomous operation device. The autonomous operation device comprises a ripping tooth, alifting oil cylinder, and an inclined oil cylinder; the lifting oil cylinder controls digging depth of the ripping tooth, and the inclined oil cylinder controls an inclination angle of the ripping tooth; when the scarifier performs operation, a control system locks an oil circuit of the lifting oil cylinder, thereby providing greater cutting force for the ripping tooth; when working stress on theripping tooth is changed, the pressure of the lifting oil cylinder is changed, a force-bearing condition of the scarifier is reflected through the change of the pressure, and a pressure sensor monitors the change of the pressure in real time; when the pressure is higher than or lower than the preset value range, the control system controls the lifting oil cylinder to lift and descend the rippingtooth, the working efficiency of the scarifier is prevented from being affected by excessive or undersized stress on the ripping tooth; and a displacement sensor detects an expansion amount of the lifting oil cylinder, the inclined oil cylinder takes an action to adjust the inclination angle of the ripping tooth so as to maintain the optimum cutting posture.
