The invention discloses a connecting device between a fabricated reinforced concrete column unit and a joint. The connecting device comprises a joint connecting plate, a column connecting plate and a concrete-filled steel tube short column, and is characterized in that the joint connecting plate is provided with mounting holes through which vertical longitudinal bars of the joint can pass and are connected with the vertical longitudinal bars; and the column connecting plate is provided with mounting holes through which longitudinal bars of the fabricated reinforced concrete column unit can pass and are connected with the column connecting plate, and the joint connecting plate and the column connecting plate are fixedly connected through the concrete-filled steel tube short column, so that the fabricated reinforced concrete column unit and joint are vertically connected into a whole in a dry mode.
