The invention discloses a multilayer shutter type energy-saving device for enclosing a balcony. The multilayer shutter type energy-saving device is characterized by comprising a plurality of shutters; and each shutter comprises a reflecting film with a heat reflecting function, a heat insulating layer with a heat insulating function and a heat storage layer with an energy storage function, the reflecting film is arranged on one side of the shutter, the heat storage layer is arranged on the other side of the shutter, the heat insulating layer is arranged between the reflecting film and the heat storage layer, rubber covers for fixing the reflecting film, the heat insulating layer and the heat storage layer are arranged on both ends of the shutter, fixed rotating shafts are arranged at the bottoms of the shutters, one side of the fixed rotating shafts is connected with a support rod, the other sides of the fixed rotating shafts are connected with an angle rotation adjusting shaft, and the angle rotation adjusting shaft is connected with a control line through a cam. According to the multilayer shutter type energy-saving device, a solar heat storage technique, a sun shading technique and a heat insulating technique are applied, the multilayer shutter type energy-saving device is suitable for energy-saving transformation of semi-enclosed balconies in regions which are hot in summer and cold in winter, and the indoor heat comfort level is increased.
