SHUTTER APPARATUS FOR WINDSHIELD AND FIRE OF BALCONY
The present invention relates to a shutter apparatus for preventing the wind and fire on a balcony, which is installed on the balcony, comprising: an elevation driving unit installed on an upper side of the balcony; a shutter unit elevated and moved by the winding and unwinding of the elevation driving unit; guide units installed on both side surfaces of the balcony and guiding the elevation and movement of the shutter unit; and a fixing unit installed on a lower side of the balcony and fixing and supporting a lower side of the shutter unit. Accordingly, the present invention is able to have the elevation driving unit, the guide unit, and the fixing unit so that the shutter unit for preventing the wind and fire can come in contact with the outer side of a window on a balcony to be elevated and lowered. Accordingly, the present invention is able to protect the window from typhoon and building wind, prevent casualties and property damage, prevent flame from spreading in case of a fire on a lower floor at the same time, and prevent casualties.
본 발명은 발코니에 설치되는 발코니의 방풍방화 셔터장치에 관한 것으로서, 발코니의 상부에 설치되는 승강구동부와, 이 승강구동부의 권취와 권해에 의해 승강이동되는 셔터부와, 발코니의 양쪽 측면에 설치되어 셔터부의 승강이동을 가이드하는 가이드부와, 발코니의 하부에 설치되어 셔터부의 하부를 고정지지하는 고정부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서, 본 발명은 발코니의 창호 외부에 방풍방화용 셔터부를 밀착한 상태로 승강하도록 승강구동부와 가이드부와 고정부를 구비함으로써, 태풍 및 빌딩풍으로부터 창호를 보호하여 인적 및 물적 피해를 예방하는 동시에 하부층의 화재 발생시 화염확산 방지로 인명피해를 예방할 수 있는 효과를 제공한다.
