Polypropylene fiber concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention provides polypropylene fiber concrete which does not contain silicon powder and has high impermeability and a preparation method thereof. The polypropylene fiber concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 155 to 165kg/m<3> of water, 330 to 360 kg/m < 3 > of cement, 700 to 710 kg/m < 3 > of fine aggregate, 1000 to 1040 kg/m < 3 > of coarse aggregate, 50to 90 kg/m < 3 > of fly ash, 0.7 to 1.1 kg/m < 3 > of polypropylene fiber, 30 to 40 kg/m < 3 > of a calcium sulphoaluminate expanding agent and 6 to 10 kg/m < 3 > of a water reducing agent. Internal pores of the concrete are controlled according to the proportion of the fine aggregate to the coarse aggregate, free ettringite crystal particles generated by the expanding agent can further fill the internal pores, and the compactness of the concrete is improved; meanwhile, the'screen effect'of the polypropylene fibers can inhibit the development of micro-cracks in the concrete into connected cracks; therefore, the impermeability of the concrete is effectively improved.
本发明提供一种不含硅粉、同时具有高抗渗性能的聚丙烯纤维混凝土及其制备方法。该聚丙烯纤维混凝土根据重量配比由包括以下组分的原料制成:水155~165kg/m、水泥330~360kg/m、细骨料700~710kg/m、粗骨料1000~1040kg/m、粉煤灰50~90kg/m、聚丙烯纤维0.7~1.1kg/m、硫铝酸钙膨胀剂30~40kg/m、减水剂6~10kg/m。通过细骨料和粗骨料的配比控制混凝土内部孔隙,膨胀剂产生游离钙矾石结晶颗粒能够进一步填充内部孔隙,提高混凝土密实度;同时,聚丙烯纤维的“筛网效应”能够抑制混凝土内部微裂缝发展成连通裂缝;从而有效提高混凝土的抗渗性能。
