The invention relates to the technical field of building concrete, in particular to novel high-ductility refractory concrete, which is composed of a component A and a component B. The component A is composed of the following components in percentage by mass: 5-10% of special cement, 20-30% of Portland cement, 0.1-0.2% of cellulose ether, 0.5-0.8% of latex powder, 25-40% of quartz sand, 25-30% of emery, 0.02-0.03% of an expanding agent, and 0.03-0.04% of an antifoaming agent; and the component B is at least one of polyvinyl alcohol fibers or derivatives thereof, and the mass of the component B is 1-2% of the mass of the component A. The high-ductility refractory concrete provided by the invention has good fire resistance and self-healing ability, and shows good toughness, equivalent bending strength, breaking strength and compressive strength.
