The invention discloses a synchronous construction method for a tower beam of a short-tower cable-stayed bridge. The synchronous construction method comprises the following steps: constructing a cast-in-place section of a main tower box beam; constructing a tower column structure; pouring construction of a main beam cantilever; constructing temporary buttresses; carrying out stay cable construction; and carrying out system conversion. The method for simultaneously constructing the tower column and the box girder is used for constructing the extradosed cable-stayed bridge, the construction period is greatly shortened, the construction difficulty is reduced, obvious comprehensive economic benefits and social benefits are achieved, and wide application and popularization value and reference significance are achieved for similar bridge structure construction.
