The invention relates to a structure and a method for re-pasting a protective layer for corrosion prevention of a steel and cement component. According to the method, a stainless steel wire mesh is fastened on the surface of the steel and cement component for corrosion prevention, and a PE plate and other anti-corrosion materials are hot-melted on a PE rod which is injection-molded on the stainless steel wire mesh, so that the steel and cement component is reliably isolated from the surrounding environment and media, and compared with a conventional method, the reliable and durable anti-corrosion effect is achieved. When the method for re-pasting the protective layer is adopted, pretreatment procedures such as rust removal, careful cleaning and the like are not needed on the surface of the steel and cement component, the process is simple, and compared with conventional anti-corrosion and anti-seepage projects, the method has the advantage of high cost performance.
本发明是一种对钢铁和水泥构件防腐的复贴保护层结构和方法。本发明将不锈钢丝网紧固在需防腐的钢铁和水泥构件表面,再将PE板等防腐材料热熔在注塑于不锈钢丝网上的PE棒上,使钢铁和水泥构件与周围环境及介质可靠隔离,从而实现比常规方法更可靠和耐久的防腐效果。采用本发明所述复贴保护层的方法,钢铁和水泥构件表面不需除锈和仔细清理等预处理工序,工艺简单,相较常规防腐、防渗等工程具有高性价比优势。
