The invention belongs to the technical field of environmental protection equipment, and provides a device and method for secondary utilization of combustible liquid waste aiming at actual application requirements for energy saving, environmental protection and pollution reduction in the prior art. The device is characterized in that the device comprises a combustor, a combustible liquid waste/oxygen inflow port is formed under the combustor, and combustible liquid waste and oxygen are coaxially sprayed into the combustor along the combustible liquid waste/oxygen inflow port; and air duct inlets are formed in the periphery of the combustor, and the air duct inlets are sequentially arranged to be a center air inlet, a rotational flow air inlet, a coal air inlet and an axial flow air inlet from inside to outside in an annular arrangement mode. By means of the heat value of combustible liquid hazardous waste, consumption of pulverized coal is reduced, the combustion condition of a combustion field is improved, the temperature field in a kiln is increased, uniform calcination in the rotary kiln is achieved, the temperature of furnace burden is increased, and the clinker calcination efficiency is improved.

本发明属于环保设备技术领域，针对现有技术中实际的节能环保、降低污染应用需求的问题，本发明提供了一种可燃液体废弃物二次利用的装置，其特征在于，包括燃烧器，燃烧器的正下方设置有可燃液体废弃物/氧气流入口，可燃液体废弃物和氧气沿着可燃液体废弃物/氧气流入口同轴喷入燃烧器，所述燃烧器环周设置有风道进口，风道进口由内而外呈环形排布依次设置为中心风进口、旋流风进口、煤风进口和轴流风进口。利用可燃液体危废的热值，降低煤粉的消耗，改善燃烧场的燃烧情况，提升窑内温度场，实现回转窑炉内均匀煅烧、增加炉料的温度、提升熟料煅烧效率。
