METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR TREATING COMBUSTIBLE WASTE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating combustible waste, which is difficult to handle due to burning characteristics, chemical compositions or physical properties to treat the combustible waste by using a cement firing apparatus effectively.SOLUTION: The method for treating combustible waste comprises the steps of: burning the combustible waste M, which brings problems to cement quality or the operation of the cement firing apparatus, in a combustion furnace 9 as it is without pretreating the combustible waste; and supplying the combustion gas and combustible gas G discharged from the combustion furnace to the cement firing apparatus 1 (a calcination furnace 4). It does not matter if high oxygen concentration gas is supplied to the combustion furnace. The combustion gas and combustible gas discharged from the combustion furnace can be supplied to at least one of the calcination furnace of the cement firing apparatus, a cement kiln and a rising duct 6. It does not matter if the oxygen concentration of the gas to be supplied to the combustion furnace is adjusted by using the hot gas discharged from a clinker cooler 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】燃焼特性や化学組成、物性によりセメント焼成装置で利用が困難である可燃性廃棄物をセメント焼成装置で効率的に有効利用する。【解決手段】セメント品質やセメント焼成装置の運転に支障を来す可燃性廃棄物Mを前処理しないでそのまま燃焼炉9で燃焼させ、燃焼炉から排出された燃焼ガス及び可燃性ガスGをセメント焼成装置1(仮焼炉4)に供給する可燃性廃棄物の処理方法。高酸素濃度ガスを燃焼炉に供給してもよく、燃焼炉から排出された燃焼ガス及び可燃性ガスを、セメント焼成装置の仮焼炉、セメントキルン及びライジングダクト6のうちの少なくとも一つに供給することができる。クリンカクーラ3から排出された熱ガスを用いて燃焼炉に供給するガスの酸素濃度を調整してもよい。【選択図】図1
