Nano-modified glass fiber composite core material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a nano modified glass fiber composite core material. The nano modified glass fiber composite core material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-20 parts of glass fiber, 70-98 parts of nano powder and 1-10 parts of a polymer. The glass fiber is formed by mixing one or more of chopped high silica fiber, centrifugal cotton fiber and flame cotton fiber according to any proportion; and the nano powder is one or a mixture of more of fumed silica, precipitated silica, aerogel, silica powder, carbon black and SiC powder according to any proportion. According to the nano modified glass fiber composite core material disclosed by the invention, the core material comprehensively utilizes the mechanical enhancement of glass fibers, the effects of high thermal resistance, low resilience and functional heat insulating of nano powder and the cross-linking effect of polymers, so that the overall structure of the core material is enhanced, and the purposes of low thermal conductivity, high durability and high strength are achieved.
本发明涉及一种纳米改性玻纤复合芯材,配方比例按重量份计包括:1~20份玻纤、70~98份纳米粉末和1~10份聚合物。所述的玻纤是短切高硅氧纤维、离心棉纤维和火焰棉纤维中的一种或几种按任意比例混合而成;所述的纳米粉末为气相二氧化硅、沉淀二氧化硅、气凝胶、硅微粉、碳黑和SiC粉末中的一种或几种按任意比例混合。本发明的纳米改性玻纤复合芯材,使芯材综合利用玻纤的力学增强、纳米粉末的高热阻、低回弹和功能隔热的效果和聚合物的交联作用,使芯材的整体结构增强,达到兼具低导热、高耐久和高强度的目的。
