The invention discloses a method for manufacturing insulating bricks from recyclable materials, which comprises the following steps: 1, preparing recyclable raw materials, crushing the recyclable raw materials into powder, proportionally adding water, clay, loess and oil field sludge, and conducting mixing for 20-30 minutes; 2, putting the mixture obtained in the step 1 into a special mold for compression molding, and naturally conducting airing to obtain a semi-finished product; and 3, drying the semi-finished product obtained in the step 2 in a drying oven at the low temperature of 70-100 DEG C for 2-4 h, taking out the dried semi-finished product, naturally conducting airing and cooling, so as to obtain a primary finished product. Through the design of the invention, recyclable materials can be adopted to replace a part of raw materials of the existing insulating brick in the processing of the insulating brick, so that the overall processing cost is reduced, meanwhile, the purpose of material circulation is achieved, the purposes of environmental protection, energy conservation and emission reduction are achieved, and the generalization performance is greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种采用可回收材料制成保温砖的方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一:准备可回收原料,并将可回收原料进行破碎至粉末状,并按照比例加入水、粘土、黄土和油田污泥,混合搅拌,搅拌时间为20~30min;步骤二:将步骤一中得到的混合物放置专用模具内压制成型,并自然晾干,得到半成品;步骤三:将步骤二得到的半成品放置在烘箱内低温烘干,烘干温度为70~100℃,烘干时间为2~4h,取出自然晾干冷却,得到初步成品;通过本发明的设计,可以在对保温砖的加工中,采用可回收材料来代替现有保温砖的一部分原料,使得整体的加工成本得到降低,同时达到了材料循环的目的,以及满足了绿色环保以及节能减排的目的,推广性得到极大的提升。
