The invention discloses a rapid and efficient CGIF physical foaming high-porosity filling material and a preparation method thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following specific steps: crushing 90-96 parts of coal gangue into aggregate with the particle size of 0-20mm, and putting the aggregate into a pressure container with a stirring device; 2-5 parts of a cementing agent is added into the pressure container and starts to be stirred, then 2-5 parts of water is added, meanwhile, carbon dioxide is injected into the pressure container till the pressure in the pressure container reaches 1-5 MPa, stirring is continuously conducted for 2-5 min, and then the CGIF material is poured out; the liquid carbon dioxide is used for releasing pressure and expanding for foaming, and the high-porosity CGIF filling material is obtained after foaming is carried out for 10-60 minutes. The high-porosity CGIF material is prepared by utilizing a physical foaming technology and taking carbon dioxide as a foaming gas source, so that a new material is provided for solid waste utilization, green filling and underground mineralization and sequestration of carbon dioxide.
本发明公开了一种快速高效CGIF物理发泡高孔隙充填材料及制备方法,具体步骤为:将90‑96份煤矸石破碎成粒径为0‑20mm的骨料,并置于带搅拌装置的压力容器中;将2‑5份的胶结剂加入到该压力容器中并开始搅拌,随后加入2‑5份水,同时,将二氧化碳注入至压力容器内部,直至压力容器内部压力达到1‑5MPa,持续搅拌2‑5分钟后将CGIF材料倒出;利用液体二氧化碳释放压力膨胀进行发泡,发泡10‑60分钟后获得高孔隙CGIF充填材料。其利用物理发泡技术,以二氧化碳作为发泡气源,制备高孔隙率CGIF材料,以期为固废利用、绿色充填、二氧化碳井下矿化封存提供一种新的材料。
