The method is high in practicability, can use local materials and is simple in construction; rainwater of green belts and motor vehicle lanes can be quickly drained into a municipal rainwater system, accumulated water on the road surface is reduced, pedestrian and driving safety is ensured, roadbed soaking caused by rainwater is reduced, and normal use of the road is ensured. The system has good water retention, water seepage and water purification effects on rainwater, and utilization efficiency of the sponge city bioretention ditch is improved.
