Rotary-excavating cast-in-place pile full-casing construction method
The invention relates to a rotary-excavating cast-in-place pile full-casing construction method. The method comprises the steps that firstly, a pile casing driver is additionally installed on a power head of a rotary-excavating drilling machine, a double-wall casing adopting the design of an inner-layer cylinder wall and an outer-layer cylinder wall is inserted into soil through the torque and the downward pressure of the power head, and double-wall casing sections are connected and fixed through bolts; then the rotary-excavating drilling machine continues to conduct rotary drilling, the double-wall casing is pressed downwards repeatedly till the bottom of the first double-wall casing section penetrates through a sand layer, and the rotary-excavating drilling machine continues to conduct drilling and soil taking till the designed depth is reached and then hole shrinkage is conducted; and finally, after pile foundation concrete pouring is completed for 3-4 hours, empty pile backfilling is started, and the double-wall casing is pulled out sequentially in a sectioned mode after backfilling is completed. According to the rotary-excavating cast-in-place pile full-casing construction method, the friction force between pile casings and a soil layer is reduced through the double-layer casing, so that the downward pressing difficulty is lowered; and mechanical connection is adopted to replace welding, so that the connecting time between the pile casings is shortened, accordingly, the time cost is greatly reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.
本发明涉及一种旋挖灌注桩全套管施工方法,首先通过在旋挖钻机动力头上加装护筒驱动器,利用动力头的扭矩和下压力将采用内外双层筒壁设计的双壁套管插入土中,双壁套管节之间采用螺栓连接固定;然后旋挖机继续旋转钻进,重复下压双壁套管直至首节双壁套管底部穿过砂层,旋挖机继续钻进取土至设计深度后收孔;最后待桩基混凝土浇筑完成后3‑4小时,开始空桩回填,回填完成后分节依次拔出双壁套管。本发明通过采用双层套管减少护筒与土层之间的摩擦力从而降低了下压难度,并采用机械连接替代焊接减少了护筒间连接时间,从而极大的节省了时间成本,提高了工作效率。
