The invention discloses a construction method of an underground ultra-long thin-wall concrete structure. The construction method comprises the following steps of: optimizing a concrete mixing proportion; pouring concrete on a bottom plate, a wall body and a top plate in sequence; and maintaining, conducting water repellent treatment and backfilling, wherein the optimized concrete is prepared from the following components according to the calculation of each cubic meter of concrete: 160kg to 170kg of water, 300kg to 350kg of cement, 680kg to 730kg of fine aggregate, 950kg to 1100kg of coarse aggregate, 8.5kg to 9.5kg of an efficient carboxylic acid water reducing agent, 25kg to 31kg of an efficient anti-cracking waterproof agent, 90kg to 110kg of fly ash and 30kg to 45kg of an expanded fiber anti-cracking agent, and the water-binder ratio is 0.35. According to the construction method disclosed by the invention, the concrete mixing proportion is optimized so that the concrete compensation amount of the optimized mixing proportion completely meets the temperature shrinkage amount of the concrete, and furthermore, the aim of eliminating a post-cast strip is realized; and the construction method has the advantages of shortening a construction period, reducing the cost and saving materials.
本发明公开了一种地下超长薄壁混凝土结构的施工方法。优化混凝土配合比;对底板、墙身、顶板依次浇筑混凝土;养护、防水、回填;其中,优化后混凝土按照每立方混凝土计算,包括如下组分:水160‑170kg、水泥300‑350kg、细骨料680‑730kg、粗骨料950‑1100kg、高效羧酸减水剂8.5‑9.5kg、高效抗裂防水剂25‑31kg、粉煤灰90‑110kg、膨胀纤维抗裂剂30‑45kg、水胶比为0.35。本发明通过优化混凝土配合比,使优化后配合比的混凝土补偿量完全满足混凝土的温度收缩量,达到取消后浇带的目的,具有消减工期,减少成本,节约材料的优点。
