The invention relates to a prefabricated pipe sheet type press-in open caisson structure and a construction method, the structure comprises prefabricated pipe sheets, connecting components and a press-sinking device, reserved connecting holes are uniformly arranged inside and outside the prefabricated pipe sheets and are divided into transverse connecting holes and longitudinal connecting holes, the bottoms of the prefabricated pipe sheets are fixedly connected with prefabricated bottom blade foot structures, and the prefabricated bottom blade foot structures are fixedly connected with the press-sinking device. A pressing sinking device is arranged on the upper portion of the prefabricated segment and is a pressing sinking bracket on the upper portion, and the pressing sinking bracket on the upper portion is connected with a counter-force device on the lower portion through a steel strand. Prefabricated pipe pieces are used for being spliced to form the open caisson structure, the pressure sinking device is combined, rapid and accurate manufacturing of the pressure sinking well structure is achieved, and the strength of the used pipe piece structure is higher than that of a traditional concrete structure.
