The invention discloses a detachable concrete floor and a mounting method thereof. The detachable concrete floor comprises concrete plates, wherein the concrete plates are fixedly connected with adjacent concrete plates through U-shaped connecting pieces; guide rails are fixedly arranged on the lower surfaces of the concrete plates; sliding rods are mounted in the guide rails in a sliding manner; and the sliding rods are used for being fixedly connected with beam plates. According to the detachable concrete floor provided by the embodiment of the invention, connecting components are disassembled into standard components, so that batch production of a factory can be realized. The guide rails are mounted on the plates on site, and the prefabricated concrete plates are connected with beams into a whole by utilizing the sliding rods. The prefabricated concrete plates are connected by adopting the U-shaped connecting pieces to penetrate through mounting holes reserved in the plates, matched connecting plates are additionally arranged, and the prefabricated concrete plates and the connecting plates are fixed into a whole by using nuts. The detachable concrete floor provided by the embodiment of the invention is simple in structure and convenient to mount, various properties of an assembled floor are met, the defects in the prior art are overcome, comprehensive assembly of the structure is realized, and the mounting speed of the whole structure is effectively increased.
