Fabricated concrete composite floor and mounting method thereof
The invention discloses an assembly type concrete composite floor which comprises a floor assembly, the floor assembly comprises a pair of L-shaped floors, a first groove and a first protrusion are arranged on the two side faces of any L-shaped floor in the vertical direction respectively, and the pair of L-shaped floors can be spliced into a square; the supporting stand column assembly comprises a T-shaped supporting stand column and a connecting piece, the connecting piece comprises a pair of metal clamping plates and a connecting column, the metal clamping plates are located at the top and the bottom of the horizontal part of the L-shaped floor slabs respectively, and the connecting column is located between the L-shaped floor slabs; the multiple pairs of fixing bolts are connected with the T-shaped supporting stand column and the L-shaped floor slab; wherein the length of the horizontal part of the T-shaped supporting stand column is not smaller than that of the L-shaped floor slab. The invention further provides a mounting method of the fabricated concrete composite floor. The floor slab has enough bearing force, the design size of the floor slab part can be increased, the floor slab body is of a split structure, and the damaged part can be replaced after the floor slab body is locally damaged.
本发明公开了一种装配式混凝土组合楼板,包括:楼板组件,其包括一对L型楼板,任一L型楼板沿竖直方向两侧面上分别设有第一凹槽和第一凸起,一对L型楼板可拼接成方形;支撑立柱组件,其包括T型支撑立柱和连接件,所述连接件包括金属夹板以及连接柱,一对金属夹板分别位于所述L型楼板水平部的顶部和底部,所述连接柱位于一对L型楼板之间;多对固定螺栓,其连接T型支撑立柱和L型楼板;其中,所述T型支撑立柱水平部的长度不低于L型楼板长度。本发明进一步要求保护所述装配式混凝土组合楼板的安装方法。本发明具有足够的承重力,有利于增大楼板部分的设计尺寸,且楼板体为分体式结构,实现了楼板体局部损坏后可进行损坏部分的更换。
