The invention discloses a combined concrete pipe pile for building construction. The combined concrete pipe pile comprises an upper pipe pile and a lower pipe pile. The upper pipe pile and the lower pipe pile are connected through a connecting mechanism, and the connecting mechanism comprises a moving block arranged in the upper pipe pile. The moving block is connected with a push rod, the push rod is connected with a first connecting plate, a plurality of sets of threaded holes matched with adjusting pins are evenly distributed in the upper pipe pile, and a soft pad is arranged at the lower end of the moving block. The combined concrete pipe pile further comprises two abutting plates which are symmetrically arranged, the abutting plates are connected with a first connecting rod, the other end of the first connecting rod is connected with a first connecting rod piece through a rotating shaft, and the abutting plates are further connected with the lower pipe pile through a first elastic piece. Two fixing blocks are symmetrically arranged on the upper pipe pile, and first clamping grooves are formed in the fixing blocks. A second connecting rod piece connected with the upper pipe pile through the first connecting piece is further included, a second clamping groove is formed in the second connecting rod piece, and a second elastic piece connected with the upper pipe pile is connected in the second clamping groove.
