The invention relates to an embedded part embedding method and an embedded part. The embedded part embedding method comprises the steps that the embedding position of the embedded part in the object plane of a concrete structure to be poured is determined; the end of a first anchor bar in the embedded part is in threaded connection with a connecting structure with an internal thread, and when the concrete structure to be poured is poured, the first anchor bar and the connecting structure which are connected are embedded in the embedding position in the concrete structure; an anchor plate in the embedded part is arranged on the object plane of the concrete structure, and a mounting hole corresponding to the connecting structure is formed in the anchor plate; and a second anchor bar penetrates through the mounting hole to be in threaded connection with the connecting structure. Compared with a conventional anchor bar, the anchor bar is divided into two sections, namely the first anchor bar and the second anchor bar, the first anchor bar and the second anchor bar are connected through the connecting structure, the connecting structure is a climbing cone or a sleeve, the whole anchor bar is anchored in the concrete structure, the second anchor bar can be conveniently detached, and therefore the anchor plate can be conveniently mounted and dismounted.
