The invention discloses an autoclaved aerated concrete anti-radiation plate and a production process, and relates to the technical field of autoclaved aerated concrete plates. The autoclaved aerated concrete anti-radiation plate comprises a concrete plate and a steel bar net rack pre-buried in the concrete plate, wherein the upper surface, the lower surface and two end surfaces of the concrete plate are all planes; a middle groove parallel to the steel bar net rack is formed in the middle of one side of the concrete plate; and edge grooves parallel to the steel bar net rack are formed in positions, near the upper surface and the lower surface, of the other side of the concrete plate. Through use of anti-radiation barite cement with anti-radiation properties as a raw material, a porous structure is generated through an autoclaved aerated process, and the anti-radiation function is reinforced; through the formation of the middle groove, edge grooves and connecting grooves of the concrete plate, the grabbing force of connection is enhanced; the side surface structure is simple, the process implementation is convenient, the waste is reduced, and energy-saving and environment-friendly effects are achieved; and the problem that a novel autoclaved aerated concrete anti-radiation plate meeting social requirements and having the anti-radiation function is urgently needed in the field of autoclaved aerated concrete plates is solved.
