The invention relates to a chromium slag treatment process, which comprises the following steps: carrying out primary extraction, secondary extraction, tertiary extraction and quaternary extraction on chromium slag, and then enabling the filtrate of each stage of extraction to enter the next batch of chromium slag treatment process for reuse, wherein most chromium is dissociated from the chromium slag in an aqueous solution, so that the chromium content in the chromium slag is reduced; and after multi-stage water extraction, cooling filtrate to room temperature to separate out dichromate, filtering, adding sodium hydrogen sulfite for reduction, precipitating chromium hydroxide, and continuously extracting the next batch of chromium slag by taking liquid after solid-liquid separation as circulating water. According to the method, water is used as a solvent, multi-stage extraction is carried out, filtrate can be reused in batches, the water consumption is reduced, the detoxified chromium slag can be buried and used as a road repairing material for manufacturing building materials, dichromate and chromium hydroxide can be reused as industrial raw materials.
本发明涉及一种铬渣处理工艺,本发明将铬渣进行一级萃取、二级萃取、三级萃取、四级萃取,然后每级萃取的滤液均进入下一批次铬渣处理工艺中进行套用。铬渣在水溶液中游离出大部分铬,降低了铬渣中铬含量;多级水萃取后,滤液冷却到室温可以析出重铬酸盐,过滤后加亚硫酸氢钠还原,沉淀出氢氧化铬,固液分离后液体作为循环水可以继续萃取下一批铬渣。本发明用水做溶剂,多级萃取,滤液可以分批次套用,降低用水量,解毒后的铬渣可以填埋,做修路材料,制造建材,重铬酸盐和氢氧化铬可以作为工业原料再利用。
