The invention relates to a method for rock-fill dam concrete face slab structural joint water stop repairing and cavity backfilling. The method is realized according to the following steps that S1, a working surface is chiseled on a guide wall toe board side of an H-shaped structural joint by using an air pick or an electric pick, and an opening size of the working surface can be properly adjusted according to construction operation requirements; S2, after the opening of the toe wall side working surface is chiseled, a size of a copper sheet crevasse section of an old F-shaped water stop copper sheet left on a concrete face slab is measured, it is ensured that the working surface can meet a gas welding lap joint length of a novel F-shaped water stop copper sheet and the old F-shaped water stop copper sheet, and the lap joint length of the F-shaped water stop copper sheet is not smaller than 40 mm; and S3, fillers or damaged water stop facilities bonded on the base surface of a V-shaped groove of the H-shaped structural joint are shoveled, loose or aged concrete face slab layers on two sides of a copper sheet crevasse are chiseled, loose concrete on the back of the concrete face slab is washed and removed by using high-pressure water, local reinforcing steel bars on the side of the concrete face slab are cut off, and loose aggregates in a cavity area on the back of the face slab are removed.
本发明涉及一种用于堆石坝砼面板结构缝止水修复及空腔回填的方法,按照如下步骤实现:S1:用风镐或电镐将H型结构缝的导墙趾板侧凿开一个工作面,工作面开口尺寸可根据施工作业要求适当调整。S2:趾墙侧工作面开口凿开后,量测旧的F型止水铜片的铜片破口段留在混凝土面板上的尺寸,确保工作面能满足新旧F型止水铜片气焊搭接长度,F型止水铜片搭接长度不小于40mm。S3:铲除粘结在H型结构缝V型槽基面上的填料或破损的止水设施,凿除铜片破口两侧松动或已老化的混凝土面板层,用高压水冲洗清除混凝土面板背部的松散混凝土,切除混凝土面板侧局部钢筋,清除面板背部空腔区内的松散骨料。
