The invention discloses a water stop construction method for repairing failure of a structural joint. The water stop construction method comprises the following steps that a plurality of hole sites are selected at intervals in the longitudinal extending direction of the structural joint; vertical hole forming is conducted on the hole sites from top to bottom, and the diameter of the formed vertical holes is 3-5 cm wider than the gap of the structural joint; a water stop film bag is inserted into the vertical hole, the diameter of the water stop film bag is the same as that of the vertical hole, and a grouting pipe is arranged in the water stop film bag; grouting is conducted on the water stop film bag from the bottom through a grouting pipe, the whole water stop film bag is filled with slurry, so that the water stop film bag expands to abut against the structures on the two sides, and two-component high-strength reaction polyurethane is adopted as the slurry; and grouting filling is conducted on the portion, between every two adjacent water stop film bags subjected to grouting, of the structural joint, and grouting is conducted from the bottom of the structural joint till the gap space of the whole structural joint is filled. The method has the advantages that through the steps of vertical hole forming, water stop film bag inserting, grouting and the like, leakage of the vertical expansion joint and the deformation joint can be effectively prevented, and the maintenance cost and risk are reduced.
本发明公开了一种用于修复结构缝失效的止水施工方法,包括以下步骤:沿结构缝的纵向延伸方向间隔选取若干孔位;于各孔位自上而下进行竖向成孔,所成竖孔的直径比结构缝的缝隙宽3‑5cm;在竖孔内插入止水膜袋,止水膜袋的直径与竖孔直径相同,且止水膜袋内设置有注浆管;通过注浆管对止水膜袋从底部进行注浆并注满整个止水膜袋,以使止水膜袋膨胀顶住两侧结构物,浆液采用双组份高强度反应聚氨酯;在相邻两个完成注浆的止水膜袋之间的结构缝缝隙内进行注浆填充,注浆自结构缝底部开始直至填充满整个结构缝的缝隙空间为止。本发明的优点是:通过行竖向成孔、插入止水膜袋、注浆等步骤,能够有效地防止竖直伸缩缝及变形缝的渗漏,降低维修成本和风险。
