本发明公开了一种基于MICP技术固化碎石桩顶部的方法及装置,本发明在碎石桩桩顶待加固区设置注浆装置和抽浆装置,通过注浆装置进行压力注浆,同时抽浆装置进行抽浆,注浆基于MICP技术:先注入巴氏芽孢杆菌液,再注入胶结液,注浆完成后,将注浆装置与抽浆装置功能互换,再次进行上述注浆抽浆过程。本发明可在碎石桩桩顶加固区形成胶结层,限制桩顶附近侧向鼓胀变形,进而提高桩身承载力,减小桩顶沉降,效果显著,安全环保。本发明只对碎石桩顶部加固,且保证了注浆时浆液与碎石颗粒之间的充分接触,从而保证了加固效果,并节约了资源。
