The invention relates to a method for solidifying sandy soil through MICP low-pH-value mixed grouting. The method comprises the steps of adding 0.9 to 1.1 mol/L diluted hydrochloric acid to bacterial liquid, so that the pH value is made to range from 4.8 to 5.2; then adding cementing liquid with the molar concentration of 1.9 to 2.1 mol/L and the same amount as the bacterial liquid, uniformly mixing, so that the pH value is made to range from 3.8 to 4.2, and a mixed low-pH-value solution is prepared; grouting the sandy soil with the mixed low-pH-value solution; and generating calcium carbonate precipitates after the mixed solution is uniformly distributed in a sample, and delaying the generation time of calcium carbonate, so that the problem that a grouting opening is blocked by calcium ion flocculation is solved, the calcium carbonate precipitates are uniformly distributed, and the sample with high strength and uniform reinforcing effect is obtained at last. The method has the advantages of easiness and convenience in operation, materials are easy to obtain, the effect of improving uneven distribution of calcium carbonate is obvious, and a new thought is provided for efficient sandy soil treatment through the MICP technology.
一种MICP低pH值混合注浆固化砂土的方法,采用0.9‑1.1mol/L的稀盐酸加入到菌液中,使pH值至4.8‑5.2,再加入摩尔浓度为1.9‑2.1mol/L的与菌液等量的胶结液混合均匀,使pH值至3.8‑4.2,制得混合低pH值溶液,以该低pH值混合溶液向砂土注浆;使得混合溶液在试样中分布均匀后再生成碳酸钙沉淀,延缓碳酸钙的生成时间,解决钙离子絮凝堵塞注浆口的问题,以此达到碳酸钙沉淀的均匀分布,最终获得强度更高、加固效果更为均匀的试样;本发明操作简便,材料易得,改善碳酸钙分布不均匀性效果明显,为MICP技术更为高效地处理砂土提供了新思路。
