According to the concrete vibrating device disclosed by the invention, by virtue of a servo motor, the annular sliding rails, an annular sliding block, the annular through hole, a transmission gear, a rotating rod, a first bevel gear, a second bevel gear, a ball screw, a ball nut, a first rolling bearing, the transmission gear ring, the supporting circular ring and the rotating ring, a vibrating bar can conveniently move in cement in horizontal and circumferential directions at the same time, namely the vibrating bar performs vibrating operation in the cement in a curve track, so that the cement vibrating efficiency of the vibrating bar can be improved.
