The invention discloses a concrete vibrating device for constructional engineering. The concrete vibrating device comprises a supporting circular ring, wherein two supporting rods are connected to two sides of the outer side of the supporting circular ring; a rotating ring is connected to the inner side of the supporting circular ring; a transmission gear ring is arranged at the middle position of the inner side of the supporting circular ring; two annular sliding rails are arranged on the inner side of the supporting circular ring; and an annular through hole is formed in the middle position of the outer side of the rotating ring. According to the concrete vibrating device disclosed by the invention, by virtue of a servo motor, the annular sliding rails, an annular sliding block, the annular through hole, a transmission gear, a rotating rod, a first bevel gear, a second bevel gear, a ball screw, a ball nut, a first rolling bearing, the transmission gear ring, the supporting circular ring and the rotating ring, a vibrating bar can conveniently move in cement in horizontal and circumferential directions at the same time, namely the vibrating bar performs vibrating operation in the cement in a curve track, so that the cement vibrating efficiency of the vibrating bar can be improved.
