The concrete vibrating device comprises a cylinder, a first motor is installed at the top end of the cylinder, a groove is formed in the outer surface of the cylinder in the vertical direction of the cylinder, an output shaft of the first motor penetrates into the groove and is connected with a reciprocating lead screw, and the end of the reciprocating lead screw is rotationally connected with the bottom wall of the groove; a lead screw block is installed on the outer surface of the reciprocating lead screw, and a protective shell is connected to the outer surface of the lead screw block. A first motor drives a reciprocating lead screw to rotate, so that a protective shell can move up and down, when the protective shell moves to a certain position, a second motor drives a first gear to rotate, the first gear is meshed to drive a second gear to rotate, a T-shaped rod can drive a dustproof shell to ascend and descend, and then a vibration motor drives a vibration rod to vibrate; the problem that manual hand holding is needed is avoided, the vibration work is easier, and after vibration in the direction is finished, a third motor drives a third gear to rotate.
本发明涉及一种建筑工程用混凝土振捣装置,其包括圆柱圆柱的顶端安装有第一电机,圆柱的外表面沿其竖直方向开设有凹槽,第一电机的输出轴贯穿至凹槽内,第一电机的输出轴连接有往复丝杆,往复丝杆的端部与凹槽的底壁转动连接,往复丝杆的外表面安装有丝杆块,丝杆块的外表面连接有保护壳。通过第一电机带动往复丝杆转动,使得保护壳可以进行上下移动,当移动到一定位置时,由第二电机带动第一齿轮转动,第一齿轮啮合驱动第二齿轮转动,使得T形杆可以带动防尘壳进行升降,再由振动电机驱动振动棒进行振捣,避免了需要人工手持的问题使得振捣工作更为简易,当此方位振捣结束后,由第三电机带动第三齿轮转动。
