Foamed ceramic prepared by using gold tailings as base material and preparation method
The invention discloses foamed ceramic prepared by using gold tailings as a base material and a preparation method, wherein the foamed ceramic is formed by stacking and sintering a plurality of sheets, the base material of the sheets is gold tailings, a foam stabilizer containing aluminum oxide and a light filler, the content of aluminum oxide in the gold tailings is not lower than 6wt%, and the content of calcium oxide is not higher than 2wt%. The SiO2 and Al2O3 in the gold tailings are molten into a glass phase with a certain viscosity at a high temperature, so that the mutual bonding effect between the sheets is promoted, gold tailing mineral substances are not only used as a foaming main body, but also used as functional substances for sheet stack firing; the specific gravity of a green body is reduced through the light filler, so that the foaming expansion rate of the foamed ceramic is reduced; the foam stabilizer is utilized to enable the foamed ceramic to uniformly expand and keep a certain shape in the foaming process, thereby preventing the foamed ceramic blank from being greatly deformed in the foaming process to be adhered to the stick, and satisfying the high-temperature foaming of the foamed ceramic under the die-frame-free condition.
