The invention discloses a foamed ceramic material taking quartz sand tailings as a raw material and a preparation method of the foamed ceramic material. The foamed ceramic material is prepared by carrying out acid treatment on a prefabricated body formed by foaming and sintering twice and reinforcing the prefabricated body with alkali liquor and a sodium fluoride solution, wherein the prefabricated body comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 50%-90% of quartz sand tailings, 5%-30% of waste glass, 2.8%-10% of polyacetal resin, 0.5%-3% of an auxiliary foaming agent A, 0.5%-3% of an auxiliary foaming agent B, 0.1%-3% of a foam stabilizer, 1%-5% of a bonding accelerant and 0.1%-0.4% of a dispersing agent; and the acid treatment reagent is an HCl solution, and the alkali liquor is a NaOH solution. According to the method, the quartz sand tailings are used as raw materials, the aim of comprehensively utilizing a large quantity of waste quartz sand tailings is achieved, the economic value of the quartz sand tailings is improved, waste is turned into wealth, the production cost is greatly reduced, the environmental pressure is reduced, and resource utilization of the quartz sand tailings is achieved; and the prepared foamed ceramic is high in percentage of closed area, good in mechanical property and high in structural strength.
本发明公开一种以石英砂尾矿为原料的泡沫陶瓷材料及其制备方法,所述泡沫陶瓷材料由两次发泡烧结成的预制体经酸处理及碱液和氟化钠溶液加固制出;所述预制体包括以下质量百分比原料:石英砂尾矿50%‑90%、废玻璃5%‑30%、聚缩醛树脂2.8%‑10%、辅助发泡剂A 0.5%‑3%、辅助发泡剂B 0.5%‑3%、稳泡剂0.1%‑3%、粘结促进剂1%‑5%、分散剂0.1%‑0.4%;所述酸处理试剂为HCl溶液,碱液为NaOH溶液。本发明利用石英砂尾矿为原材料,以综合利用大宗废弃石英砂尾矿为目标,并提升其经济价值,使其变废为宝,大大降低生产成本,降低环境压力,实现石英砂尾矿的资源化利用;制出的泡沫陶瓷闭孔率高、机械性能好、结构强度高。
