The invention provides a prestressed concrete sheet pile for a water conservancy project. The prestressed concrete sheet pile comprises a buffer seat A, wherein the buffer seat A and a buffer seat B are symmetrically processed on a connecting mechanism; a clamping seat in rotating connection is arranged on the connecting mechanism; a rotating shaft is arranged on the clamping seat; a cover plate clamped through the clamping seat is put on the connecting mechanism; an anti-corrosion layer is arranged at the inner side of the connecting mechanism; a casting mechanism wraps the inner side of the anti-corrosion layer; and reinforcing mechanisms in mutual lap joint are arranged in the casting mechanism. Through the arrangement of a connecting block A, a connecting block B, a trapezoidal block A and a trapezoidal block B, when the prestressed concrete sheet pile is mutually spliced, the trapezoidal block A and the trapezoidal block B can be clamped and connected into the connecting block A and the connecting block B; through the arrangement of the connecting block A, the connecting position of the prestressed concrete sheet pile is reinforced; through a conical base arranged on a connecting casing, the friction force with silt is reduced when the prestressed concrete sheet pile downwards moves; and through a groove formed in the trapezoidal block A, the sealing performance of the connecting position of the prestressed concrete sheet pile is enhanced through the matching.
