The invention relates to the field of water conservancy projects, and discloses a water conservancy project building foundation pile which comprises a supporting plate, first sleeves, second sleeves and a top plate, and inserting blocks and positioning blocks are integrally formed on the circumferences of the bottom faces of the adjacent second sleeves at equal intervals; by rotating the second sleeves, after inserting blocks in inserting grooves slide, corresponding positioning blocks and positioning grooves are inserted and locked, the first sleeves and the second sleeves form a foundation pile sleeve, detachable assembly of the first sleeves and the second sleeves and detachable assembly of the adjacent second sleeves are achieved, and meanwhile, embedded steel bars in the inner wall are protected; a supporting plate can be stably embedded into the bottom of the inner wall of a foundation pile groove through multiple sets of conical embedded blocks at the bottom, and under extrusion of concrete, insertion rods in the middles of the two sides of the inner walls of a first sleeve and a second sleeve extrude tension springs and penetrate through the inner wall of a through groove to be embedded into the inner wall of the foundation pile groove; the foundation pile sleeve composed of the first sleeve and the second sleeve is stably connected with the inner wall of the foundation pile groove.
